Through decades of building experience, the builders first mentality has become the core of each phase of the project lifecycle. Successful projects require full engagement from all members of the building and design team to effectively meet the goals of all stakeholders involved in new construction, including community and environmental impacts. To meet the goals of all stakeholders, creating the design and building team in the preconstruction and planning phases helps identify and work through challenges and minimize negative schedule impacts.
We leverage our building experience and supply chain partners to develop suitable facade systems, means & methods plans, site logistics plans, safety plans, QA-QC plans, and efficient project schedules. New construction in urban environments is often times heavily congested and requires preplanning, collaboration, and coordination among the build team.
Our goal is to build and communicate our plan with the project team up front and remain agile through the building process.
