Job Title: Developer
Wage: $97,157/year

The Developer is responsible for the software development and financial software implementation within TSI Corporations, a specialty façade contracting company located at 15800 Commerce Ct, Suite A Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Duties include: decompose complex business requirements and utilize software best practices to implement creative solutions for end users. Plan, design, develop, test, maintain, and support SaaS software to enhance Business Central Project Management Extension. Solve business problems to build the right solution for internal stakeholders. Use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central technical platform to participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and support, ensuring that client requirements are successfully executed. Assist internal business units by answering support tickets in a timely and expedient manner. Work with users to meet business goals and satisfy requirements. Implement workflows, build/support interfaces and integrations, educate co-workers and assist with Agile or Waterfall software development framework. Create formal technical/system documentation to standards and conventions as needed by end users. Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical people as well as understand requirements given by customer and business consultants.
Job Requirements:
· 2 years of professional experience as a software developer
· 2 years of experience developing w/ Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
· 2 years of Cloud and SaaS experience
· 2 years of Transact-SQL experience
· Networking certification
· Cybersecurity certification
